Overigens is dit nu de tweede keer vandaag dat ik die foutmelding krijg.

Na de eerste keer alle files weer verwijderd; de database verwijderd en weer nieuw aangemaakt.
Ik begrijp het niet waarom die fout ontstaat.

Al wat was, is er niet meer.

Installatie van de 3.014 phpBB-versie was wel succesvol.

Hoezo raadsels; het kon niet anders dan dat ik alles wat was verwijderd heb.
Maar goed, phpBB 3.0.14 is nu geïnstalleerd en voila, ik heb enkel een thema geïnstlalleerd en de taalmappen aangepast.

Er ging een lampje branden - ik heb de PHP-versie teruggezet naar versie 5.6 en na het legen van de buffer werkt het forum weer volkomen normaal.

Welke versie had je eerst dan gebruikt?

PHP 5.6 of hoger werkt gewoon met phpbb.

Maar ik denk dat je apache niet de goede versie heeft voor de hogere php versie.
