Foutmelding bij instalatie attach_mod met viewtopic.php

Ik ben de attach_mod aan het instaleren versie 2.0.15. Wanneer ik de file viewtopic.php upload krijg ik de volgende foutmelding bij het lezen van een bericht.

Mod dat bestand dan eens opnieuw, wat er klopt iets niet.
