Laatste post (tijd) moet worden topictitel

Op de index staat als meest rechtse kolom de tijd waarop 't laatst gepost werd + de username die postte... hoe kun je die tijd verwisselen met de topictitel? en hoe stel je in hoe breed die kolom wordt?

Juistem maar nog ff 'n vraagje... ik wil de datum dus uit die kolom.. zodat alleen topictitel en poster over blijven.. wat moet hieruit dan weg??
