Smilies...

Als je een post maakt.. dan zie je normaal naast de post een 20 smilies staan waar je uit kan kiezen .. en daaronder kan je kiezen voor meer emoticons..
die smilies links zie ik niet meer.. dus niemand kan die aanklikken..
maar als je op meer emoticons klikt.. zie je ook geen smilies..
terwijl ze er wel instaan ? aangezien ik ze in de posts en in het administratie paneel wel kan zien ??
wat is hier aan de hand ? en wat kan ik er aan doen ? dit is best verrot

Controleer eens of je het gebruik van smilies niet hebt uitgeschakeld in je configuratie (admin panel).

want in een andere template kan ik de smilies wel gewoon zien ??

Dan ligt het dus aan de template.
Kan je de URL van het forum even geven? En de inhoud van posting_body.tpl posten (staat in templates/<templatenaam>).
Waarschijnlijk zit er in dat bestand een fout.

let btw niet op de subsilver stijl.. want die heb ik er alleen even opgezet om te kijken of het bij een nieuwe stijl ook dat probleem zou geven ?

*zucht* ik vraag me gewoon echt af hoe dit kan ???
want bij de ene template kan ik die smilies dus niet meer zien.. (voorheen wel)
en bij die andere kan ik ze wel gewoon zien

heb het geprobeerd.. maar werkt niet
maarre wat is eigenlijk het verschil tussen het oude stukje en dat stukje wat jij hebt neergezet ?
bij mij is het beide precies hetzelfde ?
of zie ik dat nou verkeerd

nee mijn fout, was met een andere code in de war
...ik zie geen enkele fout
je weet zeker dat je smileys aan hebt staan in de configuratie?

anders zou die het in de andere lay-out ook niet doen.. maar daar doen ze het wel gewoon ???

Heb je dat geprobeerd...wat anders ook nog zou kunnen is dat je de smileys helemaal NIET hebt geupload..wel goed gechmod?

jawel de smileys zijn geupload....
heb ze zelfs al 3 keer eraf gehaald en weer opnieuw erop gegooid...
maarre wat is chmod ??

Ik denk zelf als ik zo bekijk naar de fout dat je op een gratis accountje ergens zit...

Met chmod kun je de rechten op een bestand of map aanpassen. 777 is bijvoorbeeld alle rechten op een bestand of map geven. Chmod zit vaak in een ftp programma ingebouwd.

dat hoeft niet voor de smileys, alleen voor de avaters...
staan de smileys wel in de juiste map en is de link in je configuratie wel verwezen naar de juiste map?

Ik denk dat je ff een back-uppie moet maken en daarna je template ff helemaal opnieuw insteld en upload..
Dit is denk ik de snelste manier..
