ik heb net phpbb 2.0.6 op mn tripod host gezet maar als ik m wil instaleren zegd ie dit: phpBB : Critical Error

wat moet ik dan bij data base invullen????

je moet invullen username_nl_db (als dan nie werkt:) dan heb je je mysql nie aangezet
