gebruikers style veranderen

ik heb een style/ thema geinstaleerd
dus ik neem dat thema en raad is
deze fout ik weet dat ik nu naar phpmyadmin moet gaan en dan phpbb_users user_style maar dan 
wat meot ik dan doen please help me het liefs heeel snel
