phpbb2 plus 1.52 installatie hulp gevraagd

hoi,

nadat ik phpbb2.10 op mijn comp had wilde ik graag upgraden naar plus. Dit mislukte daardoor probeer ik em nu maar nieuw te installeren, maar ook daar gaat het fout.

De read_me file zegt het volgende:

• Fresh Installation
• Copy all Files from the Directory phpBB2 in the Package to a directory on your webserver, for example /phpBB2/
• Run the Installer http://my.forums.com/phpBB2/install/install.php (replace my.forums.com/phpBB2/ with the path to your forum !)
• Enter all Data and finish installation.
• Delete or rename the directory /install.
• Change Permissions for the Directorys /files, /cache, album_mod/upload, album_mod/upload/cache, images/avatars, /pafiledb/cache, /pafiledb/cache/templates and pafiledb/uploads CHMOD to 777
• Change Permissions for the files includes/def_icons.php, def_themes.php, def_tree.php and def_words.php CHMOD to 666
• Use the new Forum

stappen 1 en 2 gaan naar wens en na 3 lijkt het fout te gaan. De gegevens invullen gaat (naar mijn idee) goed. en na op installeer gedrukt te hebben gaat ie naar /pbpbb2/login.php en heb ik niets anders dan een wit scherm. Ik zou verwachten dat ik ingelogd wordt of een loginscherm krijg.

Tevens heb ik ook geen idee hoe ik de 'Permissions for the Directorys ..... CHMOD to 777' moet veranderen (misschien ligt dat aan mijn engels overigens).

Misschien kan een ervaren phpbb gebruiker mij wat tips hierover geven,
