geen verandering na weiziging .css file

als ik de .css file van een template weizig, en die upload, dan verandert er niks. Als ik dan in de broncode van die pagina kijk, lijkt de .css, ook nog steeds de oude file te zijn. Hoe kan ik zorgen dat ik gewoon wel de .css file kan weizigen?

zo, dat zijn ook weer wat kb'tjes minder
het hele stuk css in overall_header.tpl zorgt ervoor dat je via het admin paneel => stijl beheer de stijl kan aanpassen. Maar via .css aanpassen heeft altijd een mooier resultaat!

ik gebruik appalachia2 maar dat maakt volgens mij niet heel veel uit.

Maar een andere vraag, waar haalt de overall header de kleuren dan vandaan, want hij maakt niet gebruik van kleurnummers, maar van {T_BODY_BGCOLOR} enzo. Waar haalt hij die dan vandaan? niet uit het .css bestand dus...

dat je een andere template gebruikt maakt eigenlijk niks uit, maar je moet in dit suk dan wel even de goede template naam neerzetten (ipv subSilver)

Dat snap ik. Bedankt voor je hulp. Ik wil het liever niet bij het admin paneel doen, omdat ik meer wil veranderen dan alleen de kleuren(mouseovers proberen denk ik enzo). En dat word een b-tje moeilijk bij het admin paneel. Maar als je een template voor de eerste x instaleert, dan haalt hij wel de kleuren uit de css toch? Om daarna in de database te zetten... Maar goed, Thnx voor je hulp he! :thumb:

de css van mn (momentele) template is gek genoeg hetzelfde als die van subsilver, en dus niet de kleuren die bij het template horen... Moet ik dan alles gewoon overnemen van de kleuren die in het admin paneel staan? Of kan het makkelijker?

dus het bestand subsilver.css en jouw_style.css is hetzelfde? en je krijgt wel andere kleuren?
als dat zo is, is dat zo omdat de kleuren in de database staan en in overall_header.tpl de hele css staat (stond misschien).
je moet dan even alle css weer terug zetten in je overall_header.tpl (wat ik zei omkeren), je forum openen in een browser, de bron weergeven en alles wat tussen <style> en </style> (zonder die 2 tags) in je .css bestand zetten.
als je dat gedaan hebt kun je hetgene wat ik hierboven zei weer toepassen, en als alles dan goed is zie je dezelfde kleuren als eerst. nu kun je aanpassen wat je wilt

over dat stuk wat er staat, subSilver is gemaakt door subBlue design, Apaalachia denk ik niet. je mag het we weghalen, niemand ziet het, het kost alkeen maar bandbreedte
