Je mailserver is offline lijkt me.

controleer eerst even of je mail login gegevens nog kloppen in je configuratie

het rarste is hij geeft die foutmelding aan mar mensen krijgen toch de pm of mail

heb je überhaupt de zogeheten SMTP gegevens ingevuld, zoals ik in je vorige bericht begrijp wel.
verwijder deze gegevens eens en probeer het nog eens.

heb in het beheerderspaneel
bij algemeen cofiguratie helemaal beneden de SMTP server voor e-mail
op nee gezet nu kan men terug pm versturen

maar ik wil een Bulk E-mail versturen
en dan krijg ik nu deze foutmelding
