    Wanneer ontstond het probleem?

    Ik wilde mijn phpbb versie 2.0.16 updaten naar 2.0.21 vanwege het feit dat de host / server een grote onderhoudsbeurt gaat doen. Ze gaan upgraden van php4 naar php5 en waarschijnlijk zou mijn forum dan niet vlekkeloos draaien.

    nu nog 2.0.16

    Heb je onlangs iets verandert aan je forum?

    Half jaar geleden een zelfgemaakte database toegevoegd aan het forum.

    Heb je gezocht naar een antwoord? Ja? met welke zoekwoorden?
Ja maar kon niet echt een direct antwoord vinden.

Overige opmerkingen:

De warnings kwamen tevoorschijn voordat ik de update to the latest wilde gaan uitoefenen. Zou het daar mee te maken kunnen hebben ? Ik durf niet verder te gaan, want zo'n held ben ik nou ook weer niet :roll: Als ik upgrade zou ik dan de zelfgemaakte layout kwijt raken of moet ik de map templates niet uitvoeren zodat ik dat nog gewoon behoud ? Is het wel noodzakelijk dat ik upgrade van versie 16 naar 21 ? Zou het forum toch nog kunnen draaien met de versie 16 op php5 ? Als je uitleg geeft dan graag simpel want ben niet echt thuis in de termen :) Alvast bedankt.

ik zelf zie geen errors als ik je forum bezoek ?? heb je het bij bepaalde pagina's of is het ondertussen al opgelost ?

Claudia, je bent goed onderweg. De updates moet je altijd uitvoeren! Je forum/site word erg kwetsbaar als je dit niet doet, doordat in de 'hackers-gemeenschappen' de lekken in oude versies van phpBB bekend worden en de mensen die er lol aan beleven om andermans sites plat te leggen krijgen het (bij een forum op een oude versie) op een presenteerblaadje! ;)

Maargoed, daar gaan we wat aan doen! :) De errors geven aan dat het bestand template.php niet bestaat in de map includes/. Controleer eens of alle bestanden nog wel bestaan op de server en in de juiste map staan? :roll:

Heb je die update_to_latest.php wel in de install map gezet?

Ik heb alles even terug gezet zoals het was vandaar dat je de waarschuwingen niet ziet. Ik heb even gekeken in de map includes voor het bestand template.php en dat staat er gewoon bij :? Oh ja ik moet eerst de map phpbb2 aanklikken voordat ik bij het mapje includes kom en daar staan nog diverse mapjes bij zoals admin, cache, db, docs, images. Ik gebruik het programma leech en ook daar staat het bestand nog in. De hele install map heb ik in de map phpbb2 geplaatst en in die map staat dan automatisch de het bestand update to the latest in.

Alle mappen en losse files moeten vervangen worden in de map phpbb2.

Map contrib kan ik niet terug vinden in de map phpbb2 of moet je die ook net als de map install op het laatst verwijderen ?

Map templates is onderverdeeld in een mapje subsilver en daaronder staat in een nieuwe map mijn eigen zelfgemaakte template. Als ik de map templates vervang door de nieuwe gaat mijn eigen mapje dan weg ?

Ik heb vanavond / vannacht weer een poging gedaan om mijn forum te upgraden. Zoals iemand al aangaf bij de eerste warnings heb ik eerst gekeken bij de originele map includes of het file template.php erin stond en die stond er ook in ( nog steeds trouwens :) ). Daarna heb ik braaf alle mappen en losse files vervangen en kwam weer op warnings :x :cry: De meeste gingen weer over het file template.php

Het zou zo simpel moeten zijn, maar krijg er onderhand een punthoofd van want ik zie niks vreemds in het huidige file template.php

Is er iemand die misschien iets vreemds ziet in het huidige template file ? Mijn excuses voor het lange bericht.
