Attachment Mod Control Panel

Attachment Mod installed and working.
How do I access the Administrator Attachment Control Panel (Section 5.1 in the Manual) ?
Does not appear in (Attachment section of) Admin Panel.

It is there, take another look, and http://area51.phpbb.com is temporary giving support for phpBB 2.0.x

I Keep taking another look; my eyes hurt. . .

OK, I have in Admin Panel (left side):
Attachments / Management, Quota Limits, Shadow Attachments, Synchronize Attachments
and
Extensions / Extension Control, Extension Groups Control, Forbidden Extensions, Special Categories

Clicking Attachments/Managements gives Attachment Settings, but no Control Panel.

In the main part of the panel I have Forum Statistics but no Attachments Statistics.

Where is the Attachment Control Panel !!?? Or have I missed something during the installation?

On the management page there's a selectbox for multiple panels, take a look there

By management page you mean Attachment's management page?
Not there that I can see unless it is hidden somewhere really obscure (I think I have looked everywhere but you never know . . .).
Using Att Mod 2.3.11; phpbb 2.0.10
I think something must be missing. Any idea what module I should check?
Maybe I didn't copy a file - the instructions are looooonng.
