datbase reload help!

I made a new intgramod based site. I would like to use my old database from my old php 2.06 forum in this new intgramod site. Unfortunately my old form does not work anymore to upgrade it. So al i have now left is a SQL backup file from the old forum. My qeustion is: is it enough and possible to get the old data and structure in my new integramod site en how can i do that. If phpMyAdmin is an option , can you explain to me how to do that?
One last note that may help: My new database name and location is actually the same as the old one except the prefix is different phbb_1 and now phbb_2.
