Beheerderspaneel niet toegankelijk SQL error 1053

Event. modificaties op je forum:
Wanneer ontstond het probleem?Geen bijzondere gebeurtenis zover ik weet.
phpBB versie:dacht 3.0.6 , niet zeker het probleem is namelijk dat ik niet in het beheederspaneel kom.
Heb je onlangs iets veranderd aan je forum?Nee, niet zover ik weet.
Wat is het probleem?
Kom niet in Beheerderspaneel
Krijg volgende melding

Niet op letten hoe ik het probleem heb proberen te schetsen, ik ben echt niet zo goed met computers.

Ik heb net gemerkt dat je via (beheer gebruiker) nog wel in admin panel geraakt.

Ze waren gewoon de server aan herstarten, en dan worden de queries die nog staan te wachten uitgevoerd, maar de nieuwe niet, en krijg je dus die fout. Dit moet binnen een paar minuten weer opgelost zijn

Yep was bij one.com, inmiddels opgelost, wij gaan echter weg bij one.com, heel vaak erg traag.
