Ik begrijp er werkelijk niks van. Dit is zomaar opeens het geval… eerder nooit een foutmelding gezien.
Heb werkelijk geen idee waardoor het ontstaat.
De foutmelding zegt letterlijk headers already sent by (output started at /home/httpd/vhosts/***.nl/httpdocs/welkom.php:1)

Dat duidt op een foutje op regel 1 maar daar staat alleen <?php

Is er iemand die weet waar het aan ligt of een oplossing voor weet, dit is voor het eerst dat ik dit zie.

Heb je de laatste tijd iets veranderd aan je forum of een MOD geinstalleerd?

Het was nogal een zoektocht maar het antwoord is hier http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... &p=6803765 te vinden.
Daarnaast hebben we de Ratingmod verwijderd.

Hoe heb je de mod verwijderd? Het lijkt erop dat er nog wat code in functions.php staat. ^^ Ooh! Kijk even of er een spatie staat vóór <?php in welkom.php
