Problemen na update

Na het updaten krijg ik op de index het volgende te zien:

Als ik naar beheerderscherm ga staat er dit op het scherm en blijft scherm blauw:

Wat kan dit zijn?

Download de laatste language files (Engels en/of Nederlands) dan zou het wel moeten lukken.
Er zijn bij de update een paar nieuwe aanroepingen naar de taalbestanden. Als je dan nog de oude bestanden hebt staan vindt de software die vertaling niet wat resulteert in een foutmelding.

Dit heeft weinig met taalbestanden te maken omdat de fout zich voordoet in adm/index.php en includes/functions.php.

Echter bij update zitten toch ook de nieuwe taalbestanden?

Ik ben bang dat die bij de aangeboden download hier op phpBB.nl dat die er niet bij zit, die dien je even apart te downloaden...
