phpbb3 op xampp wil niet instaleren

Wanneer ontstond het probleem?net
phpBB versie: 3.0.0
Heb je onlangs iets veranderd aan je forum?nee
Wat is het probleem?
nu blijft hij in de setup hangen bij het aanmaken van de database tabellen.
als ik nu het forum aanroep krij ik deze foutmeldingen te zien:

weet iemand wat ik verkeerd doe????
op mijn online server (echte host) draait hij zonder problemen.
nu wil ik hem ook op mijn eigen server om mod's te instaleren en testen.
