Nieuwe deelnemers kunnen zich op ons forum aanmelden en krijgen daarna automatisch een activatiemail toegezonden met daarin een link om het account te activeren. Deelnemers met een Yahoo-mailadres ontvangen deze email niet. Na contact met Yahoo gehad te hebben, geven zij aan dat ze alleen email met een DMARC certificatie doorlaten. Dat betekent dus dat momenteel deelnemers met een Yahoo-mailadres niet automatisch geactiveerd kunnen worden. Ik voeg het antwoord, die ik van Yahoo heb gekregen in dit bericht maar ik weet niet wat ik nu moet doen. Heeft iemand hier ervaring mee of kan iemand mij uitleggen wat ik kan doen? Met hun antwoord kan ik niets.

Unfortunately, it is not simply a matter of whitelisting your IP address. We adhere to DMARC's policy and only allow mail from compliant and certified DMARC senders. Besides changing the information below, you would have to contact DMARC to be able to send emails to Yahoo addresses as you have been.

What you can do
In almost all cases, we recommend that you switch to sending mail from your own domain. For mailing lists, also known as "listservs," you should change your sending behavior by adding the mailing lists’ address to the "From:" line, rather than the sender’s address. Also, enter the actual user/sender address into the "Reply-To:" line.
You can also change your email client's "send as" settings to use Yahoo SMTP servers. Consult with your third-party email client's help pages, or FAQs, for information on how to change these settings.
